Why we started
Pure Vitals Therapeutics was founded on a simple premise: people deserve to know exactly what they're getting, where it came from, and who stands behind it.
We work directly with individuals, not institutions — which means every conversation is personal, every question gets answered, and nothing is rushed.
We're a small, deliberately-run company. We'd rather grow slowly and keep our standards than grow fast and lose them.

Michael F. Ambrose, MD
Hospitalist, Jupiter Medical Center
Dr. Ambrose grew up on the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. After completing secondary school, he earned an academic scholarship to study at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, followed by a presidential scholarship to the College of Medicine at Chicago, University of Illinois.
He completed his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami. He is currently on staff as a Hospitalist at Jupiter Medical Center and resides in Jupiter, Florida.
